Step 1: Create a new account
-Your personal information is used to verify your account. First time buyers will require verification before any items are delivered.
-After your account is created you will get a "Welcome Email" from us. This email is generated quickly. If you do not see your email please make sure that you check your "Spam" or "Bulk" folders and mark any email from us as "Not Spam" or "Safe".

Step 2: Select the items you wish to purchase
-You may add items to your shopping cart, or you can pay for an item directly with PayPal from the products listing page

Step 3: Checkout
-Here you will be able to select payment method, PayPal, Credit Card, or Gift Voucher.
-If you are using the balance in your Gift Voucher account you will see a check box on the Payment Page to use these funds. Make sure you click the checkbox before proceeding.

Step 4: Email Confirmation
-After the payment is approved you will get an email from us letting you know that the order was received. This email is generated quickly. If you do not see your email please make sure that you check your "Spam" or "Bulk" folders and mark any email from us as "Not Spam" or "Safe".

Step 5: Delivery
-Your order will be put into a delivery que. We will process all orders on a first purchase, first delivered basis. Items out of stock may take 48-72 hours to be delivered. In stock items will be delivered within 24 hours.
-CD Keys and Codes are delivered via email, and can be accessed through your "Purchase History" page found under "My Account".
-Delivery of CD Keys, Time Codes will be sent in the form of a Link, that is you will receive a Link to a digital image of the code you purchased. This link is unique and will expire after 7 days. You should "right click" the image and save it to your computer for future references.
